Also you can obtain product support from Kelar. Options:
  • Annual contract with stipulated maximum number of hours per month.
  • Project startup and setup assistance
  • Individualized tutoring
  • Prepaid incident. You purchase a number of "incidents" in a "package" or in bulk. You pay a fixed per incident cost regardless of how long it may take us to resolve your problem or find an answer to your question. Incidents "expire" if you do not use them within a specified period of time, usually a year.
  • As-needed. In the absence of a contract, we charge by the minute. Fee: $2.50 per minute. Minimum $25 charge. Payable by credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.
